We offer a friendly working environment within a team of 12. B Smith prides itself on a high level of customer service, and the apprentice role will start there. 
We want the apprentice to have a very good understanding of maths and English. To go on the How college course, you will need a grade 4 in English and Maths GCSE or a Functional Skills level 1 in English and Maths.
Have the ability to work in a busy office environment
Be able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines. 

Ideally, the candidate would be confident and a good communicator, as much of the role will involve talking with customers directly. 

In return we will be offering the chance of a customer service role within the sales team, with the intention of training that person up to move into a junior sales role in the future. This role is a progressive role and will have a high chance of promotion for the right candidate.
