Striving towards Sustainability
In more recent years the global market has become more and more aware of the impact of packaging upon the environment and here at B Smith we are doing our part in working towards a Carbon Neutral world with our responsibly sourced, sustainable packaging. We endeavour to go above and beyond to encourage the use of responsible packaging that will have minimal effect on our environment.
In the wake of the global pandemic and surge in popularity of ecommerce, it is now more important than ever to ensure that we all do our part to become ‘greener’. The first way that we can encourage this is to promote the widely used ‘Reduce, Reuse, Recycle’. As a business, we encourage this method is through our vast selection of suitable packaging tailored to each customer’s needs. For example, a butcher’s shop may prefer our reusable cooler bags or maybe our single use carriers made of compostable material, whereas a fashion boutique may like unique tote bags or recyclable kraft carriers.

All our boxes and paper is from FSC accredited providers with reafforestation programmes. We are the only UK supplier who sources recycled plastic bottle bags that deal with the existing problem.
