Corrugated Printed Mailout Boxes
We can provide a bespoke made corrugated box with self-seal strips to ensure the product is tamper-proof. We can also provide a double strip for returns if required. You can have the box printed inside and out to make the most of your advertising on the box. A corrugated box stands up to most delivery methods making it a robust and economical box to send via courier or in the post.
As this product is bespoke you can determine the size and finish of the box. If you are looking for a box that is better for the environment we suggest having the box made from recycled brown kraft board. If the design is important to you and you need your colours to pop then the white kraft board would suit better. Whilst the white kraft is not made from recycled board it can be recycled once finished with.

Printed Mailing Bags and Click & Collect Bags
One of our most popular mailing solutions is the recycled plastic bottles mailout bag. We can make this bag totally bespoke in size, the colour of material etc. We can print spot Pantone colours or we can create a 4 colour process, photographic design.
The plastic can be made from recycled plastic bottles, degradable or compostable materials, meaning we can offer you different products to help with the environment.
By adding a simple punched out handle to the mailout bag you make it a great click and collect solution.
These bags can come with single or double self-seal permanent glue strips, ensuring security for the products and also providing the option of a return for your customers.

Branded Delivery Boxes
This style of corrugated box differs to the mailout boxes as they do not have the self-seal strip. They have to be sealed top and bottom with tape. B Smith can provide printed tape as an additional branded option. These boxes are strong, robust and very cost effective. They can be made to any bespoke size, and due to the nature of the box, there are no tooling charges for size changes, so literally, you can have any size at no additional cost.
This box during COVID19 has proved exceptionally popular with butchers, bakers and farm shops.
With most businesses now offering a delivery service, we see this as one of our fastest-growing lines.
The box can be offered in Brown Kraft or White kraft board and can be printed 100% ink coverage. The Brown kraft board is made from recycled materials and is fully recyclable. The White Kraft can be recycled.

Corrugated Hamper/Turkey boxes
This style of corrugated box comes with the addition of a carry handle and a crash locking base, for quick erection, thus avoiding the need for sealing tape. The handle proves to be a favourite for a click and collect service. With COVID19 changing our buying habits these boxes are proving valuable in being able to get the products/shopping ready and waiting for a customer.
The board can be provided in the Freezer board, allowing you to store it in the cooler/fridge section whilst awaiting collection. We also have an additional base to provide extra support to hold the weight of the products.
We can provide this product in Brown Kraft Board or White Kraft. The brown being made from recycled board and fully recyclable where the white kraft is just recyclable.
We are able to print spot Pantone colours and can do full ink coverage if required.

Gift boxes/rigid hamper boxes
What better way to finish off your mailout packaging but with a Luxury Gift box. We can make a rigid gift box with a base and separate lid or we can provide a magnetic box that comes as a 1 piece box. The advantage to the magnetic box is it arrives to you flat packed taking up less storage but then quickly is made into a rigid box finish.
These boxes add perceived value to your product and also add the gift element to your delivery.
These boxes can be finished in different papers to give a textured finish, we can provide different laminations and spot UV. If you want to make the box really shine then we can do Embossed Foil logos.
These boxes can be made totally bespoke, so you determine the finish and size of the box. You can add ribbon if you want to make it even more gifty. Want to go one stage further add some printed tissue to your order.
With print on the inside and the outside, you can maximise the branding. A lot of people are using the inside lid to tell the story of their company, you can make it more personalised with a thank you message on the base of the inside.
Should you need an insert to keep your goods from moving around then that’s not a problem for us. We can provide card or foam inserts depending on the look you require.
