Fold Flat Cartons
Our flat-pack printed boxes or rigid cartons are exceptionally diverse, therefore used by various customers from fashion, through to catering. They can be made from any size or thickness or paper/card you require, and are also designed to suit any budget, shape or criteria, printed from one to four colours.
These boxes can also be made from recycled corrugated board and solid brown board if you are looking for a sustainable option.
Furthermore, we can do various finishes on the boxes, for example hot foils and laminations.
Should you need the boxes to have inserts to secure a specific product, this can also be designed and supplied along with the box.
Corrugated Folding boxes
BSP can supply corrugated folded boxes. These make a strong display box that can be sent through the postal system. They can also be made with inserts to keep the product secure.
They can be made from Recycled brown corrugated board or white board. The box can be finished with a lamination or varnish so as to add some luxury to the box.
Furthermore, these boxes can also be used in the food industry as a Hamper box.

These boxes are totally bespoke and you can therefore determine the colours and size of the box.
We are able to design and produce inserts to go into the boxes, thus ensuring the products remain secure.
